Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and any other major credit cards. Debit cards are accept and authorized for room, tax, and incidentals. Incidentals are released upon check-out but may take up to 5 to 7 business days for your bank to release the funds.
What is the minimum age required to check-in?
To check-in, the guest must be the age of 21 and provide valid identification.

Yes, we are able to storage your luggage, complimentary, at any time.
What is the cancellation policy?
Non-prepaid bookings have the option to cancel by 6:00 pm the day prior to arrival. Cancellations or changes for Advanced Purchase bookings are not permitted due to a full, non-refundable deposit taken at the time of the booking.
IS O.Henry Hotel Pet Friendly?
While we know how fun traveling with your best friend is, we do not allow dogs or other pets at O.Henry Hotel with the exception of service animals.

The O.Henry Hotel is smoke-free, we look to provide our guest with a smoke-free environment. We have a Cigar(ette) Preserve just 75 feet to your right as you exit the revolving door off the lobby.

A Southern breakfast by Green Valley Grill is available. Room service for breakfast is also available for a fee.

O.Henry Hotel does have a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, open from 8 AM to 8 PM.
