Is a Credit card required at the time of reservation?
You will need to provide a valid credit credit card to guarantee your room, but will not be charged. You must present the card used for the reservation at the time of check-in for payment. See payment section below.
If you book an Advance Purchase rate, your card will be charged when you make the reservation.
How Can I make Changes to My Reservation?
You can make changes to your reservation by:

Yes. You will always get the best rate guaranteed by booking directly with O.Henry Hotel. In addition, we have an exclusive offer available online that you can unlock by clicking “Unlock O.Henry Hotel exclusive offers” or mention “private offers” when you call at 336-854-2000.
DO YOU OFFER AAA RATES?
Yes. To inquire about or book a AAA rate please call reservations at 336-854-2000 or book online and select AAA rate (membership ID will be required at check-in). We also have an AAA member package that includes dining credits to Green Valley Grill.

Check In/OUT
What time is check-in?
Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm.
What time is check-out?
Standard check-out time is 12:00 pm.
What is the minimum age required to check-in?
To check-in, the guest must be the age of 21 and provide valid identification.
Is there an option for an early check-in?
You can contact the hotel for an early check-in, the option is based on availability.
Is there an option for a late check-out?
We can offer a complimentary late check-out of 2:00 pm based on availability.
Payment
When do I need to pay for the accommodation?
A method of payment must be provided upon check-in, any outstanding balance is made when you check-out.
Can I pay by credit or debit card?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and any other major credit cards. Debit cards are accepted and authorized for room, tax, and incidentals. Incidentals are released upon check-out but may take up to 5 to 7 business days for your bank to release the funds.
Does O.Henry Hotel have Luggage Storage?
Yes, we are able to storage your luggage, complimentary, at any time.
Policies
What is the cancellation policy?
Non-prepaid bookings have the option to cancel by 6:00 pm the day prior to arrival. Cancellations or changes for Advanced Purchase bookings are not permitted due to a full, non-refundable deposit taken at the time of the booking.
IS O.Henry Hotel Pet Friendly?
While we know how fun traveling with your best friend is, we do not allow dogs or other pets at O.Henry Hotel with the exception of service animals.
What is the smoking POLICY?
The O.Henry Hotel is smoke-free, we look to provide our guest with a smoke-free environment. We have a Cigar(ette) Preserve just 75 feet to your right as you exit the revolving door off the lobby.

O.Henry Hotel offers 2 types accessible rooms. A queen room with shower/tub combo and a queen room with roll in shower. See our accessible rooms.

In each room is a large soaking tub with a separate Terrazzo shower. The accessible rooms offer shower/tub combo or a roll-in shower. See all our our standard room types and accessible room.

How much is parking at the hotel?
Parking is complimentary.
Can I rent a car at the hotel or nearby?

Does O.Henry Hotel offer transportation services or help arrange rides?
While O.Henry Hotel does not operate a shuttle service, our team can assist with scheduling Uber rides. For added convenience, Uber charges can be billed directly to your guest room.

Do you have breakfast?
A Southern breakfast by Green Valley Grill is available a la carte. Room service for breakfast is also available for a fee.

High-Speed Wi-Fi is complimentary. We also offer premium Wi-Fi available for a fee per day.
Is there an indoor/outdoor swimming pool?
O.Henry Hotel does have a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, open from 8 AM to 8 PM.
Are there restaurants at the hotel?
Our sister restaurant, Green Valley Green, is connected to the hotel. Enjoy fresh seasonal Old World European and Mediterranean flavors from the wood-fired rotisserie and grill. See the menu!

No, you do not have to be a guest at the hotel to dine at Green Valley Grill. In fact, GVG is locals’ favorite! You can make a reservation at greenvalleygrill.com.

What is the difference between O.Henry Hotel and proximity hotel?
O.Henry Hotel is a romantic boutique hotel with Old World Charm – a warm, friendly atmosphere with modern facilities with the Green Valley Grill adjacent to it.
Proximity Hotel is just one block away from the O.Henry Hotel. It is a modern, chic and hip, LEED certified boutique hotel with the Print Works Bistro adjacent to the hotel.
Can I take bridal portraits at O.Henry Hotel? | Is there a Photography policy?
Yes. O.Henry Hotel offers a Bridal Portrait Package designed specifically for bridal photography sessions.
This package includes a luxurious guest suite for getting ready and relaxing before your session, along with access to select public spaces throughout the hotel for photography (based on availability).
Upon arrival, enjoy a bottle of sparkling wine waiting in your suite. After your photo session, unwind in your room or enjoy dining at Green Valley Grill with a $50 amenity voucher included in your package.
The suite is available from 12 PM to 4 PM, giving you time to prepare, take photos, and enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.
Package includes:
