August 13 | Vince Gill is an acclaimed country music artist known for his smooth tenor voice, masterful guitar playing, and heartfelt songwriting. Rising to fame in the 1980s after performing with the band Pure Prairie League, he went on to become one of country music’s most respected solo performers with hits like “When I Call Your Name,” “Go Rest High on That Mountain,” and “I Still Believe in You.” Over his career, Gill has won numerous Grammy Awards and Country Music Association honors, earning recognition for both his musicianship and his collaborations with artists across country, bluegrass, and rock music. In recent years, he has also toured as a member of Eagles, continuing a career that spans more than four decades.
