From the Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO)
- Follow signs for Bryan Boulevard EAST / Greensboro as you exit the airport.
- Go 9 miles (Bryan Boulevard will become Benjamin Parkway after you travel 8 miles).
- Turn right onto Green Valley Road.
- The O.Henry Hotel and Green Valley Grill will be on your left.
From I-40 Eastbound (from Winston-Salem)
- From I-40 EAST, take Exit 214B for Wendover Ave EAST.
- Go 7 miles.
- Take the Benjamin Parkway North Exit.
- Get in the left lane & turn left onto Green Valley Road
- O.Henry Hotel will be on your left.
From I-85 Northbound (from Charlotte)
- Take Exit 120 for Business I-85 (get in the right lane as you approach the exit or you may miss it!).
- Take Exit 34 Holden Road. Turn right at end of ramp.
- Go 4 miles to Wendover East. Turn right.
- Go 2 miles to Benjamin Parkway North Exit.
- Get in the left lane & turn left onto Green Valley Road
- O.Henry Hotel will be on your left.
From I-85 Southbound & I-40 Westbound (from Durham/Raleigh)
- Take Exit for I-40West/I-85/To 70 (When I-40 splits you will go to the right, the signs will say to Greensboro)
- Very soon after exiting onto I-40 West/I-85 Business, take Exit 227 for US-70
- Go 2 miles to the end of this road. Road ends at a stop sign.
- Turn right onto US 70. (This road becomes Wendover Avenue.)
- Go 6.5 miles on Wendover Avenue and exit Benjamin Parkway South. (You will see the O.Henry Hotel at that exit.)
- O.Henry Hotel will be on your right.
From US 29 Southbound (from Danville, VA)
- Take Wendover Avenue West/US 220 Exit
- Go 3 miles to Benjamin Parkway South Exit
- O.Henry Hotel will be on your right.
From US 220 Southbound (from Martinsville, VA)
- As you enter Greensboro, you will be on Battleground Avenue.
- You will pass several shopping centers and Lowes Home Improvement on your right.
- Turn right onto Benjamin Parkway.
- Follow Benjamin Parkway to Green Valley Road.
- Turn right and the O.Henry Hotel will be on your left.
From US 220 Northbound & I-73/74 (from Asheboro)
- Take Exit 79B for I-85 Business South/US 29 South/US 70 West.
- Go 3/4 mile. Take Exit 34 for Holden Road, turn right at the end of ramp.
- Go 4 miles to Wendover East. Turn right.
- Go 2 miles to Benjamin Parkway North Exit.
- Get in the left lane & turn left onto Green Valley Road
