Date one: Story lovers Date
Imagine you and your honey sinking into a buttery-soft leather sofa, while sipping craft cocktails, and reading O. Henry’s “Gift of the Magi” adorning the walls of the O.Henry Hotel’s Social Lobby (we’ll have the tissues ready). Date Two: Relive the Battle of Guilford Courthouse
Every year reenactments of the major Southern Campaign battles of the Revolutionary War around its anniversary on March 15. See history in action or take one of the self-guided tours around the battlefield.
In 2022 the reenactment will take place on March 12, 10 am to 5 pm, and March 13, 10 am to 3 pm. Come and enjoy the battle reenactment and learn more about the major role the Battle of Guilford Courthouse had in the American Revolution.
Date tHREE: Rainy day Tea Date
Rainy days and a spot of tea go hand and hand. Pretend you traveled farther than you did while savoring housemade afternoon tea treats including traditional scones, savory finger sandwiches and sweet treats in O.Henry Hotel’s gracious Social Lobby. After tea, take the elevator back to your room and cozy up with your loved one.

Visit Greensboro’s only remaining historic theatre for the debut of the Greensboro Ballet’s Cinderella. The full-length classical ballet version of Cinderella is dramatic, humorous, and romantic. Set to the music of Sergei Prokofiev, this ballet will remind you that sometimes, dreams really do come true!
